Needs more flexibility
While this is a step up from having to use the machines that are usually broken, the app can improve a lot:
1. Cant use the same ticket of the same price for a different location (Ontario vs Rancho C.) In the past, I could use my paper ticket for both
2. Cant use monthly pass for metro transfers
3. Cant purchase monthly pass using my corporate card
